Yes, all the jewelry on our site is designed and handcrafted by jewelry designer and Sadekar Nilay Bayındır. In this way, we guarantee that each piece of jewelry is unique and original.
  
Are your products guaranteed?

Yes, all our products are subjected to quality control after the production is completed following the order and before they are shipped. Production defects and product quality are guaranteed in all our products. Deformations caused by use (physical use such as falling, breaking, breaking, and contact with chemicals such as Sweat, Perfume, Cream, Hair Spray) are not covered by the warranty.
 
How Long Does It Take for My Orders to Be Shipped?

Your orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after the payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary during public holidays and busy periods.
 
How much is the shipping fee and which shipping company do you work with?
 
We provide free shipping to all over Turkey for all your orders of 400 TL and above. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery address you choose. On our site, we work with Aras Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo companies that provide services throughout the country. Shipping costs and options will be presented to you as a choice during the ordering process.
 
Can I Return or Exchange Your Products?

What Type of Silver Do You Use in Your Jewelry?
 
We use 925 Carat Silver in all our jewelry, except for our products which are all 14 Carat Gold. You can find detailed information about the product you are looking at in the product detail.
