Return Conditions | Linya Jewelery For purchases made through our online site, our customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days in accordance with the distance sales contract. • Products produced upon special order (products whose size has been changed according to our customer's request, with special writing or letters written on them) cannot be returned. • The product to be returned must be completely unused and undamaged. Products that are scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way cannot be returned. After the product is examined by our experts, if it is found suitable for return, the refund process is initiated. • For returns, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request. Our experts will inform you about the issue after the necessary investigations. • If the return conditions are met, the transactions to be made are only carried out by our online store. • The packaging, invoice, certificate, if any, and promotions of the product to be returned must be sent along with the product. • The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in Article 15 of the Distance Selling Agreement. • Shipping costs of products accepted for return belong to the Consumer. During the refund, the shipping costs will be deducted. • During the return shipment, the responsibility for any deterioration, damage or similar loss of value that occurs in the product and the documents and materials sent with the product due to reasons arising from the cargo companies or the Consumer making the return belongs to the Consumer making the return. • After the return is received, the product price will be refunded within 14 days, by deducting the shipping costs, to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via money transfer/EFT.
